Abbreviations :

ch : chain
st : stitch
ch : chain
sc : single crochet
LS : Light Salmon yarn
S : Salmon yarn
M : Maroon yarn

Project Note:

The rug is worked using tapestry crochet technique. When you are about to change color, start your sc (the last before the color change) but complete it yarning over with the new color. Then work in sc the number of stitches needed in the new color crocheting around others yarn colors so you carry them along through your work. Repeat it for every color change.

Pattern :

Ch61, turn, sc in each stitch starting from the 2nd st from the hook (60 sts).

Make 152 rows in total of 60 sc working back and forth and changing colors as indicating in the chart below. (Read the chart from bottom to top, odd rows from right to left, and even rows from left to right).

Note : at the end of each row, ch1, turn. Single crochet in the first stitch.

Fasten off, weave in ends
